On October 30, Polaris National Security Foundation hosted the inaugural Washington Prosperity Summit, an invitation-only forum that brought together members of President Trump’s administration, lawmakers from Capitol Hill, foreign ambassadors, and leading business executives from the U.S. and the Middle East.
The Washington Prosperity Summit was the first marquee Middle East conference in the wake of President Trump’s diplomatic breakthrough with the Gaza Accords, following Israel and Hamas’ agreement to the first phase of his 20-point peace plan. Taking place during ongoing peace efforts, the trilateral forum offered an off-the-record venue to consider the region’s path to prosperity, day-after opportunities following the war in Gaza, and the future of regional integration.
